COMPLAINT POLICY
MAISON INTERLUDE HOUSE is determined to ensure that its services are of the highest quality and delivered in the best possible manner. Part of this commitment includes supporting clients who have concerns or complaints about how they were treated or their experience with service delivery.
The organization offers women a formal or informal complaint procedure. The handling of complaint and conflict resolution must be done in a spirit of respect and continuous improvement of quality.
