Transition Program

The Interlude Transition Program offers a safe and flexible space for women living with complex realities, including substance use, mental health challenges, or human trafficking. It is designed for those who need a transitional period before moving into regular housing.

Through compassionate and ongoing support, each woman is supported at her own pace to stabilize, better understand her experiences, and regain control over her life. The team is available 24/7 and offers individual support, workshops designed specifically for participants, as well as access to psychotherapy, all in a non-judgmental environment.

With us, you will be able to:

  • Find rest in a safe space
  • Stabilize at your own pace
  • Better understand what you are going through
  • Develop practical tools for your well-being
  • Receive support in your steps and processes
  • Access specialized programs through referrals tailored to your needs
  • Break isolation and build connections
  • Prepare to transition safely into regular housing
